Welcome back to another episode of the show! Today I am teaching you about a tool that I use everyday to manifest more of what I want and stop attracting what I don't want! By bringing specific intentions to the segments of my day, I am able to be more focused on what I want and be in the present moment. Using segments also helps me to be less overwhelmed and prevents me from going down a negative path and spiralling out on something and bringing into the rest of my day.
