Hey love! I am so glad that you are here - this is an incredible episode all about THE THING I discovered was actually holding me back despite trying to manifest so hard.

I thought...

• I was prone to addiction + a 15 year eating disorder just happened

• I was weak + sabotaged myself

• I couldn't lose weight.

• I couldn't manifest

• I was alone.

• I was too sensitive.

• I hated my body.

• I had chronic pain.

• I didn't like confrontation.

• I binged on food.

— there was something wrong with me.

This was actually the Universe inviting me DEEPER.

Beyond the physical.

Turns out, subconscious patterns ran the show and I had no idea. Once I dove into and created my own healing practices, all of a sudden I doubled my income and manifested my dream home within months and internally — I felt so much lighter, positive, in purpose and excited.

It was a big shift and today I am sharing the whole journey.
